National Gallery of Zimbabwe

National Herbarium Botanical Gardens

The chief attraction of Harare is the National Botanic Garden, with its vast area of 68 hectares. You can find more than 900 varieties of trees and bushes from all over the country.

Ewanrigg National Park

You can reach the park in half an hour journey from the city. This is one of the biggest gardens with outstanding collection of flowers. The main attraction of this garden is aloes and cycads, which will bloom mainly in July and August.

Mukuvisi Woodlands

This is the main section of National Botanical Garden. The total area of the Woodland is 277 hectares. You can see the woodlands that are extremely conserved. You can also see lot of wild animals and birds including zebra, impala, giraffe, streenbuck, tsessche, bushbuck, eland and reedbuck

Eternal Flame of Independence

Chapungu Kraal

This is mainly a traditional village and it got developed in 19th century. The best time to visit this village is weekends, and you can enjoy the tribal dance. In this village there are art gallery and sculptures. You can find wild animals like Lion, Giraffe and Rhinos in Lion Park and Lake Mcllwaine game Park. Both the parks are located in this area.

Tengenenge Sculpture Society

This society is situated to the north of Tengenenge, a prolific farmland. You can find thousands of massive stone sculptures collection. Very skilled artists who reside within the premises make the sculptures. Those who are visiting this place can interact them and came to know about the secrets of the artwork.
